Disaster cleanup, deconstruction, permits, asbestos, and how quotes work in Spokane and North Idaho.
JTC Demolition handles disaster response cleanup and emergency debris removal across Spokane, Spokane Valley, and North Idaho. Fire-damaged structures, storm-damaged buildings, collapsed outbuildings, condemned properties, and the debris left behind. Call or text (208) 500-8102. We take the structure down and the debris off the lot. We do not dry carpet or rebuild interiors.
Yes. Demolition is the machine take-down. Deconstruction is the careful take-apart when lumber, metal, or fixtures are worth saving. We will walk the building and tell you which one fits, or where a mix of both saves money.
It depends on the structure size, materials, access, and disposal. Small outbuildings can be a few thousand dollars. Full house demolitions are typically a five-figure project once permits, abatement, haul-off, and grading are included. We give free, fixed-price quotes after a site visit.
Almost always, yes. The City of Spokane, City of Spokane Valley, and Spokane County each require demolition permits for structures, and an asbestos survey is required before most demolitions. We handle the permit application and agency notifications as part of every full-demolition job.
Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Mead, Colbert, Deer Park, Nine Mile Falls, and the rest of Spokane County in Washington, plus Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, and Kootenai County in North Idaho.
Most full structures in Spokane and Kootenai County do. We pull the permit and run the disconnect checklist so you are not learning the city’s process on a deadline.
Washington and Idaho both care. If the structure needs a survey, we flag it on the job and do not swing until it is clear.
Photos plus an address are enough for garages, sheds, concrete, and most mobile homes. Houses, commercial, and disaster jobs get a free site visit. You accept on a public link. No handshake number.
We do. Dump tickets, tons, and the dump name land on the job so you can see whether the job made money after fees.
Yes — Washington and Idaho. Certificates on request. See the insurance page.
Depends on permits and utility shutoffs, not just our calendar. After a fire or a city order, tell us the deadline when you request a quote.
