Moving an old unit intact is rarely realistic. Transporters will not take them, parks will not accept them, and the moving costs outrun the home's value. Demolishing on site is usually the cheaper, cleaner answer.

For older homes, almost always. Transport needs permits, escorts, a certified hauler, and somewhere willing to take an old unit. If the home is newer and sound, we will tell you straight.
