JTC Demolition

Home / About

Jared. The crew. The pink iron.

JTC Demolition is the demolition arm of JTC Hauling LLC. Jared Cozzocrea started it, still quotes the jobs, and still shows up. A small, consistent crew. Our own machines. Inspector-ready lots.

Trust through ownership

No middlemen. No lead brokers. Just us.

A lot of "demolition companies" you find online are marketing sites that sell your phone number to whoever pays for the lead. We are the opposite. A real local company with real equipment, and the person quoting your job is the same operation tearing it down.

Jared Cozzocrea founded JTC in 2017 in North Idaho. It started with hauling and property cleanouts and grew into full demolition the honest way, job by job, referral by referral. Today we run excavators, skid steers, dump trailers, and roll-offs across Spokane County and Kootenai County. Houses, shops, mobile homes, concrete, fire debris, condemned structures. Same crew. Same standard.

How we operate

  • Fixed written quotes. The price we quote is the price you pay. No hourly creep, no surprise change orders.
  • Paperwork handled. Demolition permits, asbestos surveys, agency notifications, utility disconnects. We run the process so you don't have to learn it.
  • A person answers. Call or text and you get Jared or the office, not a call center. Most photo quotes go out same-day.
  • Clean exits. A job is not done when the structure is down. It is done when the debris is gone and the site is graded and swept.
  • Recycling first. Concrete gets crushed into aggregate, metal goes to the recycler, and usable items get donated when we can.

Work on both sides of the line

We are set up for demolition work in both Washington and Idaho, which matters in a market where half the jobs are in Spokane and half are across the state line in Kootenai County. Certificates of insurance are available on request for any project.

The JTC Standard

Why we do it this way

Windows out whole

Glass in the debris pile is a safety problem and a dump problem. Pulling windows intact is slower. It is also the right way.

Magnetic nail sweep

A lot that looks empty can still eat a tire. We sweep and rake before we call it done. Inspector-ready, not "good enough."

One crew you can name

Not a revolving door of subcontractors. The people in the pink shirts are the people who will be on your property.

Put the longhorn on your job.

Quotes across Spokane and North Idaho. Jared still writes them.
