What to send for a 24-hour estimate
- The property address, so we can check access and jurisdiction
- Photos of the structure or concrete from a couple of angles
- What you want left when we are done. Slab in or out, grade or no grade
- Any timeline. Closing date, build start, insurance deadline, city order
- For fire or storm jobs: a couple of photos of the damage and whether the structure is still standing
For full house and commercial demolitions we schedule an on-site walkthrough before finalizing the number. For garages, sheds, concrete, and most mobile homes, photos are usually enough to quote it firm.
